We don't have ten acres and we don't pretend to. Our females live with us, in a one-bedroom in Mile End. Litters are born in the bedroom, grow up in the living room, hear the metro, the vacuum, the neighbours. That's exactly what an urban puppy needs — not a simulation, the real thing.
One litter at a time. Not two, not three running in parallel. The time it takes to socialize a puppy properly doesn't divide.

Health tested, not guessed
Heart, patella, trachea, respiratory (BOAS) grading — before any breeding. You get the actual results handed to you, not a summary over the phone.
Raised in city noise
Daily handling, exposure to apartment sounds, the elevator, kids in the hallway. A puppy already used to the city before it moves into the city.
We answer after the sale
A question at three months, at three years — same number, same honest answer. And if it truly doesn't work out, the dog comes back to us. No shelter, no Kijiji.

Two brachycephalic breeds, chosen for apartment life: moderate exercise needs, compact size, steady temperament. We don't diversify — we know these two breeds inside out, their strengths and their limits.

You write
Describe your apartment or house, your schedule, your experience with a brachycephalic breed (or lack of it). Honest reply within 24 to 48 hours — sometimes telling you it isn't the right fit.
You visit Mile End
By appointment, even before the litter is born if you'd like. You see the apartment, the parents, the real space the litter grows up in. No staging.
Deposit and matching
$500 confirms your spot, deducted from the final price. Puppy–family matching happens around week six, based on observed temperament — not the colour picked from a photo.
Going home at eight weeks
Vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, examined by our veterinarian. You leave with the complete file — not a summary, the whole file.
The posted price is the final price.
